In this role, Mr. Buenzow will partner with leadership teams across ZCG portfolio companies to enhance senior leadership capabilities, optimize operational and financial strategies, and advance long-term growth initiatives.

Mr. Buenzow brings over 25 years of experience advising C-suite leaders across a diverse range of industries. From 2002 to 2025, he served as Senior Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Restructuring at FTI Consulting, where he led large-scale transformations, restructurings, and high-growth initiatives for public and private companies as well as sponsor-backed companies. Before joining FTI, Mr. Buenzow was a Partner at PWC.
